The 'add' button on multi selects - not sure.

Still not sure about this, I think it's going to confuse people (HPS!). Testimonails for instance: If you try and explain that its about selecting one or more testimonials thats fine, but people will automatically just click 'new testimonial' as it draws the eye and seems like the right thing to do. They'll then probably enter a new one rather than just select the previous one. Perhaps work on interface for this so it's clearer, if we want to keep it? Or document all multi selects with some descriptive text.
How about something more like this? Says 'create' not 'add' and has the holding text 'click to select...'
Yeah better. I think as people aren't used to it as a piece of UI though, it needs to say " - select one ore more" next to the title or something
