[ Difficulty: Beginner ] Update Marker Image in UI

Description
Marker image file is missing and or not found. Find out why this is the case and have a marker show up when the user makes a path and places a point

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start the authoring tool on your machine
  2. Create an activity
  3. Place a waypoint anywhere on the map
  4. See error where the marker is located

Expected behavior
A Blue location marker to be shown in the UI.
