Lack of setup instructions / documentation

Hey, this looks nice. Thanks for bringing remote control of media centers to FFOS and releasing it under the GPL!

Sadly, I haven't been able to connect Foxi to my XBMC. I wasn't able to find any instructions on how to do this either.

• On the setup screen, the second input field doesn't provide a description.
  (As it allows only numbers and turns red when I enter a ".", I guess it needs a port.)
• What settings and prerequisites are needed at the side of the media server, e.g. XBMC instance?
  If Foxi is asking for IP/port, it looks like remote control should be accessed through the web-server, but this usually requieres a username/password as well. Or should activating "allow control from remote programs" be sufficient? Where can I find the appropiate port then?

Could you please provide some more detailed setup instructions?

Ok, I got it to work.

• It would be nice if the readme included a link to http://kodi.wiki/view/JSON_RPC
• Some configuration instructions also would be nice
  A good example can be found at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/xbmc-remote-control/
