Improve Test Seed

In order to fix Avenger backlog email notifications, a quick fix was done such that all submissions in the test seed has stats "submitted" (previously all were "attempting").
It would be better for the test seed to have the following changes:
- Submissions of varying statuses
- Submissions which are fully graded and not fully graded
- Students from different groups (with different group names)
