This feature hasn't been used at all since its inception and is currently not working.

I propose that we remove it, to cut away dead wood. (We'll keep the wiki pages in case someone wants to revive this.)

I was able to log in, though it shows nothing, and very quickly fires tens of thousands of requests, eventually to the point I have to clear my browser cache due to it crashing and refusing to load the page at all:

Update: @sayomaki @boydanderson and I discussed and decided that the github classroom feature should be removed from the frontend. This will allow us to focus our resources on the core functionalities of the frontend.
