undefined variable in PreferencesType

Something wrong went while merging stuff to master branch, some parts of code has not been merged properly, see https://github.com/sourcefabric/Newscoop/blob/master/newscoop/src/Newscoop/NewscoopBundle/Form/Type/PreferencesType.php#L119
should be $timeZones not $timezones
