Describe the bug

  • 1. run-s should be installed
  • 2. user should be able to run migrations from root folder
  • 3. .env.example and .env.dafault should be from respective base service and not static for all
  • 4. Change the word sourceloop to ARC everywhere
  • 5. There should be a proper error message when sl microservice command is not run from root folder
