Why no equivalent of R packages?

While sourcerer shows up pandas/matplotlib/sklearn for Python it does not dplyr/ggplot/rpart etc in R. Why?

Sourcerer shows libraries indexed in sourcerer-io/awesome-libraries repo. You are welcome to submit a PR.
