Tag a git release

Hi,
could you please tag a new git release? This way moxygen can be easier packaged for several Linux distributions. I am interested in packaging it for Arch Linux.

Please also consider to gpg sign your release for verifying the authenticity of the source. You could use gpgit which automates everything in a single, simple bash script.

I would definitely be on board with this!
I have a load of work to catch up with over the next few days, but if you can hold tight then I can get this done.
