As EDC user, I want to be able to create a data offer on request via the backend/API.
Expected behavior
User should be able to create a data offer on request via the backend/API.
-> Since you can create data-offers on-request via the EDC UI, this works somehow via the API-Wrapper. The Postman-Collection does not have an example of this, which led to the issue above.
