How to make Openssl on Windows

Hi All,

I have downloaded & installed the mingw-w64 & pkg-config-lite. After that I am unable to proceed.
Please guide me how to build openssl (vers. 1.1.1).
My OS name is Windows 10.
If Steps will be provide would be better.

I have followed the instruction provided here. I have build opensll version 1.1.0i. I am getting issue while compiling 1.1.1(undefined getContext)
