loader wizard should have option to load your file after you're done with loader wizard

Currently the bottom of the loader wizard looks like so....
We would like to change this to have three buttons on the bottom. A "save and load", a "just save", and a "close/quit" button. The "save and load" button could open the same popup window the current "save" button uses, and open the file using the newly saved loader. The "just save" button would save without loading (like the current save button, but additionally exit the wizard). And the "close" would do neither of these things and close the wizard window.
