Fix the documentation in readthedocs

• Problem: pythonhosted no longer allows new uploads of documentation
• Solution: move docs to redthedocs

Issue:

• The autobuild process of readthedocs is not yet fully working
• Docs are generated, but they are missing the code methods/classes, it is just a skelaton

Documentation now builds correctly and readme.md points to it
