User Story:
As Spark we want to update our buttons

Notes:
Requestor: Leadership
SME: Jane

AC:

  • Secondary button will be Purple
  • Tertiary Button will have Dark Purple text
  • i will no longer see Quaternary button on Spark
  • background white will be added to secondary button
  • i will no longer see Quaternary button in the code.
  • i will not Quaternary ANYWHERE in the code.

Remove Quaternary button from Spark so that its no longer an options in our design system

Remove from Tests
Remove from scss files
