Checked out the layout in the HW_13 branch. Only thing I noticed: one of the pads on the wider PTC overlaps the 'R' in bPlace "POWER". Looks like the PTC and C8 could be nudged to the left a few spaces to prevent the overlap.
The rest of the changes look good. Thanks!
