Using Media Library on dynamic rows

Hello, I am trying to upload an image with dynamically created rows, I am not able to receive events on newly created rows; I tried to add a listener dynamically when new row is added, but not able to receive the event when the file is added. Following is the screenshot of my output to achieve:
