What happened?

When I tried to start command composer prometheus:install I get an error

                                                                  
  [Symfony\Component\Console\Exception\CommandNotFoundException]  
  There are no commands defined in the "prometheus" namespace.

How to reproduce the bug

  1. Install the package
  2. Start the command composer prometheus:install
