Missing license cross reference properties

The "Other web pages for license/exception" is missing from the ExpandedLicensing License LicenseAddition classes.

From the XML Schema, the following property should be added:

  • crossRefs seeAlso of type AnyURI

Turns out that the JSON uses a different term seeAlso instead of crossRefs. I'll create a PR to add.
