Actual Behaviour

When a non-project owner adds a stream to a project, the owner of the project does not get the permissions assigned.

Reproduction Steps & System Config (win, osx, web, etc.)

Add a stream to a project in which you are not the owner, but have write permissions on. The project owner will not appear in the stream's "sharing" tab.
