Storing all info in 'options/' directory in a netcdf4 file

This info could go either in a new group called 'options', or in a separate file that (properly converted into FP input format) could be used as input as other FP runs.

I like the idea of an 'options' group, and then we could create (until FP catches up to use nc for input) a fprun.gen_inputfiles method. But we have to also pay attention to SPECIES, and other potential areas for customizations in the input files, so it is a slippery slope...
