Move cursor by arrow

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It`s standard console function.

Describe the solution you'd like
Allow to move cursor using arrow(or mouse) when write text in Ask<> or TextPrompt.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Write your own data entry system, which eliminates the need to use a library.

Additional context
It can be use in all console app.

I hope you’re doing well. I saw this feature request (#1791) and I’d really love to work on it as my first open-source contribution.
