Move to oocgcm/mosaics/pangeo

Just FYI for anybody that comes across this repo and finds it interesting, my aim is to ultimately deprecate this package and in its place use the "mosaic" project that is being built on oocgcm that wil be part of the pangeo project (https://github.com/pangeo-data).
