I'm compiling a list of balancing issues that will have to be addressed when we get to balancing. This can be ignored until we get closer to it further down the line. I hope that this list will remind us to balance everything, so we don't forget to update stuff later. Feel free to add more here.

  • Make sure the amount of effort to upgrade isn't too fast/slow

  • building 'boosted' effect isn't too strong/weak

  • Make sure lasting disasters take a reasonable amount of time to put out
  • Make sure disasters deal a proportional amount of damage to their "difficulty"

Sensors

  • reasonable sensor readings
