Allow verbosity setting (multiple -v options) to be passed through to sphinx-build.

This already works. sphinx-multiversion uses parse_known_args() and passes all other arguments on to sphinx.

Doesn't this work for you?

sphinx-multiversion -vvv docs/ html/
