Add "Show Source" html_theme_option to the Docs

How to turn off the show source theme option for conditional text (for example genealogy rst file may have both living and dead, but website should only generate dead and protect living information for cybersecurity reasons).

Current alabaster docs do not show the option to turn this off, requiring writing post-processing code to strip it.
