Add tooling and documentation to test the library in MAC_OS

In #22 the MAC_OS native support is being removed as consequence of replacing the grpc netty dependencies by the recommended grpc-netty-shaded dependency.
To help users test the library in their laptops using MAC_OS it would be useful to have tooling and documentation in place to use the library with Docker containers.
