Ideally you could also add values for pressure advance (iirc 0.04 is a good value), and something for input shaping.

@InstantMuffin Both pressure advance and input shaper are considered advanced features, and should not be added to a sample config as it is supposed to be as barebones as possible. Also input shaping is different to every printer, so how would he add values for it?
