A new group appears in the list of group weights once you have at least one metric in the group. The group disappears from the weights if it doesn't have any metrics.

I thought that might be the right behavior, since the group doesn't really exist until it includes a metric.

If we changed the behavior, I think we would need a delete button for a group weight, which I think would be confusing.
