Basically, read this issue for the SameBoy emulator: LIJI32/SameBoy#394
This core exhibits the same audio buzzing behavior as of the date of this issue.
The SameBoy issue linked above has a wonderful explanation of what is causing it, replicable test cases, and even a ROM patch to make the issue happen sooner (for use in debugging).
