Problem with 3rd party rumble packs

Hi,

It seems that 3rd party rumble packs, at least the ones i have will just rumble indefinitely when any game is launched in this core, regardless of individual game support, i tested it with multiple packs, same result, so it is not a broken pack, but rather some sort of incompatibility with the software.

This also seems to affect your GBA core.
