The following games (developed by Natsume) have issues with voice clips: Keitai Denjuu Telefang, Medarot 3, Medarot 4, and Medarot 5. On original hardware, the voice clips no issues being played back. For more details, refer to this issue, since this core has the exact same issue as playing these games on a cartridge.
This issue is not present in budude2's GB-GBC core, so that core is the preferred way to play these games.
