Sound issues with some roms

Hi,
Thanks for the excellent implementation of the Genesis core. It works with most of the ROMs I have, but there seems to be some problem with certain ones.
I've attached an example here, that's one of the games I would like to play with pocket, but once it starts, the background music is definitely wrong.
It works well if I start it with the normal emulators on mac, it just doesn't work well on the pocket.
Hopefully, it can be fixed in some way.
