Syncing from "User:start" creates a page to "user:start".

Local install is on a case insensitive fs on WinXP.
Distant install is on a case sensitive system (ovh).

I'm using uppercase to hide from index page.

There are no uppercase page names in DokuWiki unless you hacked it.
