Describe the request
I am trying to deploy splunk on my kubernetes cluster : and I keep receiving problem with the searchhead cluster and the indexer cluster , indexer pods don't show in pods
and I am using helm and I tried the splunk-operator/kuttl/tests/helm/c3-with-operator
/c3_config.yaml config that you got and it end up failing everytime

Expected behavior
I wanna see my indexers up and the searchhead also

i'd suggest to provide logs from pods and splunk-operator controller.
