Description of problem:
Settings this is a mystery seed but I don't get how there could be a POD small in POD big chest... Could it be because it landed on a beateble only ? enven there, not quite sure how this is possible. Game assumes i don't need anything in POD?

That would be my initial assumption, I'll keep an eye out for potential issues in the future. Sorry for the super later reply.
