Description of problem:
Krelbel on Discord reported that the boss kill fanfare was longer than expected when using the Final Fantasy 6 MSU pack. I suspect that the tournament flag is not enabled for Daily Challenge seeds, despite them being race roms. Expected behavior is for the fanfare track to be cut off if it's longer than the vanilla timing.
