Trying to install on Ubuntu 14.04.
gem install sportdb throws:
Building native extensions. This could take a while...
ERROR: Error installing sportdb:

Gem files will remain installed in /var/lib/gems/1.9.1/gems/json-1.8.1 for inspection.

sudo apt-get install bundler fixes the issue.
