Consider using different ids for examples in the api guide

I think it would be helpful in the api guides if examples had alternating IDs so you had /api/stock_locations/1/stock_items/2 instead of /api/stock_locations/1/stock_items/1. the 1/1 makes it hard to nail down which id it is talking about in some examples.

Good idea. Not just for API guide, but across the board.

I've fixed this up in the stock items guide today. If you find anywhere else like this, let me know and I'll fix it up too.
