Add example of submitting payment data for Checkout + Orders APIs

As per this thread, https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/spree-user/P6HR0Zs_U98

It seems there is confusion about what needs to be passed for payment data. We should show an example of this in the appropriate places of the checkout and orders guides.
