Add "unsupported" mention on project pages for projects in the attic

Currently we rely on project maintainers to add an "End of life" section in the project description for that.

We should make more changes in the project page to make this status more obvious:

• do not display the "latest GA version" next to the project name
• display a "end of life" flag somewhere on the page
