"docs" artifact not being published

Latest release of spring-cloud-app-broker-docs was with 1.1.1.RELEASE. Releases 1.2.0, 1.2.1 & 1.3.0 have not included it.
Should it be added back or removed completely?

iirc I think publication of docs maven artefacts was unintentional, and was deliberately turned off when we updated the build a while ago (#269)
