Build uses old method to add UI from io.spring.docresources:spring-doc-resources which not publicly available.
Already fixed in main in v2.0.x, we should be using spring-asciidoctor-backends extensions as documented in https://github.com/spring-io/spring-asciidoctor-backends/blob/main/README.adoc
