  • AltGr+» produces ” U+201D.
  • AltGr+Eu, VK_7 produces ‚ U+201A.
  • AltGr+Eu, VK_8 should produce ‛ U+201B instead of U+2018.
  • AltGr+Eu, VK_9 produces „ U+201E.
  • AltGr+Eu,  VK_0 should produce ‟ U+201F instead of U+201c.
