Twitter4j Ads Jar File?

Does this exist anywhere? Using Netbeans IDE and Jar files make my life so much easier.

Please refer to the below configuration for accessing the jar

There is no .jar download link on the website, https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.sprinklr/twitter4j-ads ? I'm trying to import this into Netbeans.
How would I go about implementing that on a local machine? Through Netbeans somehow? Another method?
I would highly recommend to set up the dependency as part of a build script
or Maven integration because that will make your life easier when the
version gets updated. Maybe this link has good info?
