[BUG] Default SSL setup gives SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG in Firefox

Describe the bug
When trying to connect to LAMP stack over HTTPS, SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG happens

which Branch / PHP Version are you using ?
php83

Steps to reproduce

1. Try to open page using https, straight from repo

Expected behavior
No SSL error

Server runs in KVM, slackware64-current using docker build from their site, 'statically' built.
