Please issue a new release now that you have merged all the recent pull requests.

@groe - I pestered the folks at Chargebee for a while, and in turn - they put some pressure on spritle to take over this gem officially.

However - after accepting a bunch of pull requests, it has gone back to being ignored. The only action has been when I have pressured directly.

I'm more-or-less done with chargebee, but if you are going to use this - then the only thing you can do will be to pressure chargebee directly.

FYI @ConfusedVorlon @groe @philipbjorge I've forked it and wrote a PR to get the tests passing again: #20 I'm getting started with Chargebee, and I may end up using and working on this library.
