Can't add a new note when i'm in All Notes

Hey i'm unable to add a new note when i'm there in All Notes.
i understand that it is not reasonable to add a new note when you are there in All Notes category,
then my question is that if i'm not allowed to add a new note in All Notes category then why they
are showing the add note sign there above the list of notes...???

I think you are using an older version of Springseed. See #152
