Spyder complains after using ctrl + q but canceling

Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Create a new file and make changes
Press ctrl + q
Spyder will ask if you are sure you want to close it, press cancel
Press ctrl + o and it will say it has encountered an internal problem

Hey @The-Arx, thanks for reporting. This is fixed in our latest version (6.0.3).
Please update by going to the menu entry Help > Check for updates
and following the instructions mentioned by Spyder afterwards.
