Minor style requests for the documentation guide

To have a more uniform documentation, I think the documentation guide should:

• Have a title capitalization style. In the guide itself the 2nd level titles are 'Title Case', while 3rd level are 'Sentence case'
• Specify if we should follow British or American spelling
