Different format for comments output (now only streamed json)

caused by #624

During the 2019-04-09-TFM#lookout-sdk-comments-output it was proposed that the output of the posted comments could be configured to be:

• streamed json (already done by #624)
• array of json (all comments grouped in a json array)
• human readable (as human readable logs)
